Shipping Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • All goods are shipped with USPS . You can track your orders via USPS website at https://m.usps.com/m/TrackConfirmAction
  • All orders are processed and shipped between 1-3 business days> Orders are not shipped on holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you ASAP via email or telephone.
  • A Shipment Confirmation Email will be sent once your order has been place and one when your item is shipped containing a tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
  • Please be careful when entering your shipping information. Please review your shipping information before purchasing. Incorrect information will fall upon the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us for NON-DELIVERY a $50 re-shipment fee will need to be paid.
  • Purple Rose is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility  of the customer (taxes, tariffs, etc)
  • Purple Rose is not responsible for lost order due to incorrect address.
